The wife of the President spent half an hour visiting with patients in the children’s section of the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences. An aide said later that Mrs. Kennedy had felt it was the most rewarding experience of the first two days of her visit to India. Mrs. Kennedy stopped beside about a dozen beds.
