July 9, 1961 - Scheduled to arrive in local theatres this week is "The Ladies Man," a comedy directed by and starring Jerry Lewis. Herbert H. Heebert (Lewis) swears off romance after losing his girlfriend. He then takes a job at a women-only boarding house, run by Helen Wellenmellen (Helen Traubel). Although most of the women there treat him like a servant, Fay (Pat Stanley) helps him with his fear of women.
