Mar. 16, 1964 - Tonight on “The Outer Limits,” a scientist (Larry Pennell) visits an isolated expedition on a planet plagued by radioactive dust storms. One team member, Reese Fowler, has been horribly mutated by the dust, leaving him bald and bug-eyed.
