Sept. 23, 1963 - Tonight on “The Outer Limits,” during a U.S. presidential campaign, candidate William Lyons Selby (Sidney Blackmer, pictured) seems the probable winner. The Asian dictator Li-Chin Sung (Richard Loo), who has developed a technique to shape the face and the fingerprints of any man, has Selby murdered and replaced by a spy. Selby wins, and the impostor becomes the U.S. President. Li-Chin Sung plots to replace other American leaders and take over America via infiltration. Will he succeed? 7:30 p.m. on ABC.
