Oct. 24, 1962 - Tonight on “Naked City,” former contender Johnny Meigs (Robert Duvall), eking out a living after a brain injury, desires to go back in the boxing ring. He wants to get money to send anonymously to his wife Kathy (Shirley Knight) so she can compete in a floral show. Crooked boxing manager Gus Slate (Herschel Bernardi) lines up an elderly, alcoholic physician (Ludwig Donath) to give Meigs a passing physical. 10 p.m. on ABC.
