Feb. 17, 1963 - Tonight on “Lassie,” Jake Hodges (Patrick Westwood), who has a hot air balloon, befriends Timmy (Jon Provost) and Lassie at the county fair. When the balloon starts to drift away, Timmy tries to stop it and becomes trapped inside. Lassie jumps in to save Timmy, and together they drift away. Part one of a two-part episode. 7 p.m. on CBS.
