Mar. 3, 1963 - Tonight on “Bonanza,” bushwhacked and suffering from amnesia, Hoss (Dan Blocker, pictured) is found wandering down the road by the Vandervorts, an older couple happy to take the gentle giant into their family to replace the son they lost. When Ben comes looking for his missing son, the Vandervorts lie to him and refuse to tell Hoss who he really is. They plan take Hoss away from his real family and from the Ponderosa for good. 9 p.m. on NBC.
