May 29, 1962 - Tonight on “Alfred Hitchcock Presents,” Herbert Wiggam (Dick York) has been the assistant cashier at his securities trading firm for 11 years. He has always been a loyal employee, but he’s just been advised by his boss that he will not be getting the head cashier position he desperately wanted. Wiggam goes ahead with an elaborate plan to steal $500,000 in bearer bonds that are scheduled for delivery late on a Friday afternoon. He's planned everything out.
