Jan. 22, 1962 - Lloyd Bridges (pictured), who found an underwater career as the star of the TV series “Sea Hunt,” will be the host of a special hour-long show entitled “Marineland Circus.” It will be televised by CBS on April 22 at 7 p.m. The show will originate at the Marineland of the Pacific in Palos Verdes Estates, Calif. Underwater scenes for “Sea Hunt” are filmed on the same site. CBS said aquatic entertainers on “Marineland Circus” would include performing whale Bubbles, singing walruses, clowning seals, and porpoises.
