Nov. 18, 1962 - The Dallas Texans conquered the Broncos in Denver today, 24-3, and strengthened their hold on first place in the Western Division of the American Football League. Len Dawson (left), who now has completed 24 touchdown passes this season, connected on scoring plays of 26 yards to Chris Burford (right), 92 to Tom Brooker, and 47 to Fred Arbanas. On the 92-yard play, Brooker ran 75 yards after the catch. Light snow fell in the first half, covering the field, and the temperature fell to 25 degrees. However, there were no costly fumbles.
