Stones Play “Ed Sullivan Show”

May 2, 1965 - The Rolling Stones performed for the second time tonight on CBS-TV’s “The Ed Sullivan Show.” Their first performance was on Oct. 25 last year.

The British rock ’n’ roll group — who wore sports jackets this time in an apparent attempt to spruce up their image — performed “The Last Time,” “Little Red Rooster,” and “Someone to Love.”
