In televised testimony today, Joseph Valachi, 59-year-old underworld killer turned informer, provided Sen. John McClellan's Investigations Subcommittee with information on the history and practices of the the Mafia in this country. Included in this report are clips from Valachi's testimony as well as that of Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy and NYPD Commissioner Michael J. Murphy. Also included are James R.
