Sept. 29, 1961 - George Lincoln Rockwell (pictured), leader of the American Nazi Party, was held in contempt of court in Arlington, Va., today for delay in making support payments for three children by a previous marriage. Judge Hugh Reid delayed sentence pending an examination of the party's financial records, which he said were "as full of holes as Swiss cheese." The court was told that the three children are living in Connecticut in a house without adequate heat or sanitary facilities and are in need of medical care. Rockwell contended that he could not make the support payments on time because he had to use most of his income for the #Nazi Party.
