Dec. 2, 1961 - 26-year-old Alain Delon, one of France’s top screen idols whose success this year in the French “Purple Noon” and the Italian “Rocco and His Brothers” appears to have started him on the road to international stardom, revealed today that he soon will appear in “L’Eclipse,” an Italian drama by the much-discussed Italian director, Michelangelo Antonioni (“L’Aventura” and “La Notte”).
