Mar. 28, 1962 - Orlando Cepeda (right) and Willie McCovey (left) hit homers today as the San Francisco Giants beat the Los Angeles Angels in an exhibition game, 11-6. Cepeda’s clout, his fourth this spring, came in the sixth inning with two aboard. McCovey’s homer came off the first pitch by Ryne Duren in the eighth inning.
