Aug. 7, 1961 - Judy Garland (left), the singer, has separated from her husband, Sid Luft (right), her manager said today. Miss Garland, now in Atlantic City, is due in California soon for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Her manager, Freddy Fields, said he had talked to Miss Garland by telephone and she had confirmed rumors of the separation. Mr. Luft, in Hollywood, refused to comment.
